Money on hold

I sold an item a few days ago, and the buyer transferred the money to my PayPal. I got an email from PayPal about the money, but after verifying my identity, verifying that the package was shipped, setting up my bank account with PayPal and doing everything else that I was told to do by PayPal to collect my money, the money is still on hold and I need to know if there is anything else that can be done for me to get it immediately?

It was actually a sale through the LetGo app.

did you print shipping label on Paypal?

if so,then what does tracking say,does it say delivered?

Why are my payments for non-eBay sales pending and how can I prevent this?

To keep your money safer, we're placing your payments from sales to one side, in your pending balance. This is commonplace for new or inexperienced sellers, but can also affect experienced sellers. As long as there are no problems with the transactions, you’ll have the money within 21 days.

Typically, you can access these payments within 7-14 days if you:

• Send the item to the buyer’s postal address, as shown on the Transaction Details page
• Mark the item as sent on the Transaction Details page and provide the dispatch details (for digital goods, mark the item as processed on the Transaction Details page).

Once you complete the below requirements, you won’t be considered a new seller any more, and you should receive future payments sooner.

• Receive a predetermined number of payments
• Wait a predetermined number of days from the date you received your first payment.

You can also view your remaining requirements and confirm your identity at any time by logging in to your account and visiting the Resolution Centre.
