How can I withdraw money to a Debit Card

I have Business account linked to a Debit Card (Master Card) I want to withdraw money to this card without using a bank account, I from United Arab Emirates

I wasn't able to findout how to do this so please help me!

Try adding a Visa credit, debit or prepaid card instead and withdraw to that.

Are you saying that you do not know how to transfer to card or you tried to transfer to card but the system is not letting you?
