How can I do if I recevied the fake shoes?

Last month I bought a pair of balenciaga on Grailed which is 520 dollars. But this monday, when I recevied the shoes, I found out it's fake. The seller has promiss it's authentic. but the shoes has totally diffrent insole with the authentic shoes. So I connect the seller and he said he will buy it back. But after that I text him to ask the time he will buy it back ,he didn't reply and he blocked my instergram and my phone number. What should i do ?

You could file a dispute with PayPal for item not as described but you will need to prove it.  You would then need to pay for return shipping.

eBay may have better protections.

A credit card payment could offer better protection.

This purchase was an extremly high risk purchase and you should have recognized the warning signs.
