I am sorry that you will be unable to request the details of a transaction before that time via the account interface, If you need information about a transaction before that time, I would recommend contacting customer support for assistance. If you can supply specifics about the transaction, the teammate can find the transaction and provide any details available. You can reach customer support by Facebook, Twitter, or phone or email.
