Trying to find a refund

I am looking for a refund that was issued to me from Norton. They say the sent it in January 15 but I have not seen it. They also said it was sent to you guys. So now I am looking to see where my money was sent and if they ever sent it at all. It was in the amount of 129.99

It would not have been sent to 'us guys' as this is a community user to user help forum and not paypal customer services.

However how did you FUND the payment to Norton that was refunded, bank transfer OR a debit or credit card?
