Have not received "completed" refund

Hello all. So I received a full refund for an item that I returned and it has not been deposited in my checking account or my paypal account but when I view my history it says that it is completed. Where is my money? Here is a screenshot of the refund that should be in my balance but is not.

What are the details of the transaction your computer?

When did the seller start the refund?

The refund was given through paypal I was told.

I don't understand the second question.

& The refund was given to me via ebay as the seller had stopped rsponding but this happened Nov 22.

Don't rely on what you were told.  Go to your PayPal activity on your computer and look at the details of the transaction record.

I see the transation in my history and it says I received $44.99 but I never did.
