Recently had a transaction get declined for NSF. I made a simple mistake and now I have to link a card to my account? I recieved an email and made sure the funds were there before the 3 business days as said in the email i received. I called customer service and was told my bank account will be my payment source again. Why am I still getting a prompt to link a card to my account then? I don't have a credit card to link to my account.

Adding a card to your account is a way to further "verify" it and open up more functionality.
Do you have a debit card for your bank account? You could just use that.
