How do I report a charge frm Lyft that I did not schedule and did not take?

Report it to the financial service where you found the transaction.

Was it on a credit card or something else?  You need to provide details as we can't guess what happened.

I had one the other day for $1 and disputed it on PayPal. Today I had one for $679 and have also disputed it.  The seller is reportedly "Lyft" though I don't have a Lyft account and never have.
