I need help.

i'm fighting since 2 months for my refund.

  1. i bought in 2015 with ebay giftcards sears giftcards from paypal digital gifts on ebay
  2. in 2017 i got the sears giftcards (didnt work) refunded to my old ebay giftcards.
  3. The problem is that the ebay giftcards are been deactivated after 200 days after use (regarding to an Ebay Supervisor)
  4. So i have now 2 giftcards with $100 each , which i cant use.
  5. i have wasted more than 6 hours in ebay + paypal hotlines and no one can help me
  6. Ebay says that they will take care about it (since the last call one week ago, nothing happens)
  7. Paypal says that they will give me a credit (since 1 week nothing happens)
  8. i dont have the strengh anymore to fight. When i send messages over the message center, the support doesnt read my messages, and they dont care)

can i somehow get a support or file an complaint? anyone any idea?

File complaint with BBB.org so the PayPal office of executive escalations can look into it.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

i did. But:

We regret to inform you that BBB cannot process your complaint. The case has been reviewed by one of our Complaint Specialists and was found to contain issues that are out of BBB?s purview.

It is our policy to process only those complaints that fall into BBB's scope. Items such as landlord/tenant issues, criminal allegations, requests for punitive damages, employer/employee disputes, cases already involved in litigation, civil right violations, business to business collection issues, etc. are not handled by BBB.

any other idea?

I don't think you filed it correctly. Seem like you file it with BBB itself. Did you look up PayPal company profile in BBB.org search and filed a complaint on the dedicated PayPal page?
