Hello,

like most of people here, I was scammed from a bunch of people and i sent money through Family/Friends. As I see there is no way from PayPal to help me with this, so I'm asking you, if there is any possible solution, IF not here, maybe in my bank, it is weekend and my bank doesnt provide anything on the weekend, so I've checked my account online, and I still had money there, I also checked purchases, it was there but the date of processing is set to 12.12. (monday-tomorow) however money arrived to a 'scammer' tho. Is there a way to go there to a bank asap and cancel it or discuss it?

Any possible help would be appriciated really much, I mean really, really much,

Talk to your bank to cancel the payments first thing Monday.  Note that PayPal may re-attempt the payment 1 or 2 times after the initial failed attempt so make sure with bank that they will not pay those either.

However, the process on paypal was already done, you think there is a possibility, if i go to my bank on monday, something happens?

You'll just have to go to your bank to see if you can cancel payment or file a reversal.  Otherwise, you are out of gas.  Should never send F&F payments to anyone but F&F.

There is no PayPal purchase protection on personal/F&F payments.

You can make a request to block Paypal from withdrawing fund from your account,but what would happen to your Paypal account?

Paypal is not going to claw back the fund from your recipient,so now you have a negative balance in your Paypal account.

it will ask you to deposit enough to fill the negative balance,or send you legal notices,.

any future payment coming into your account will be used to offset the negative balance,and if you ever use your credit card linked to your Paypal account,PAYPAL will piggyback that negative balance and add to your credit card transaction.

Did the friend and family payments for goods purchased on a venue such as Ebay,if so,file item not received.

how about filing unauthorised transaction with PAYPAL claiming it aint you who sent those payments?

Nah, PayPal can check to determine whether this is really an unauthorized payment or not but this person actually made the payment even though the recipient is trying to scam the sender so they could lose the case.  PayPal does not protect against bad judgement.

Sending Friends & Family payment is equivalent to sending cash.  You get no refunds unless it is really unauthorized use corroborated by login and activity history.
