Hello,
I received an email asking about feedback regarding a recent PayPal transaction. The issue is, we are in a dispute with the supplier about the order, and the supplier is the one that insisted I respond to the email.
They want to avoid conflict with paypal, so im unsure why they would insist on me filling out the survey. Is this survey a legitimate email from Paypal Merchant Risk Operations?
If so, is it best to fill paypal in with all the information up until this point. Just in case the private settlement is not completed and must be escalated?
