Hello, I am in dispute with a supplier over damaged goods ($2,273.94 USD in unsellable goods) and late delivery (~$9,816.84 USD in lost sales due to missed event). Terms of the order were stated in every possible way, and all protection protocol was followed. Total order cost was $17,991.64 USD and we are requesting a refund of $12,090.78 USD to cover losses.
