Can not use my PAYPAL credit on walmart or best buys web site, says payment failed choose another payment type. But i can order airline tickets from southwest airlines and no problem! What Gives?
It's just the way it works. PayPal Credit is not always available. When available you will have the option to use it; when it is not you just need to select from an availalble option.
