I have an open claim on a seller who send me the wrong item. I opened a claim after numerious times trying to contact seller. Now that there is an actual claim the seller contacts me a tells me the only way they will send me the correct item is if I close the case. My concern is it states right in the claim section of Pay Pal that once a case is closed a new one can not be opened. My big concern is I will close case and never see my correct item. If I keep the claim open at least I will see my money returned. So question being do I close the case and hope seller follows through or let case go forward.

I told seller send me confirmation that correct item is on order and I will close case. Again never heard bac from them.

if you get Paypal to review,it will ask you to return the item on your dime.

do you want to do that?

if yiu used your credit card, you can close the Paypal case and let the seller send you a replacement,

if he does not,the file chargeback with your cc issuer
