It says UP to two days faster, so it doesn't seem like its a guarantee. I looked on the forum and another PayPal user said that sometimes they would get their direct deposit sooner but then other times they wouldn't.
In case you didn't know, there are a couple PayPal cards to choose from for direct deposit.
There is the PayPal Prepaid debit card and there is the PayPal Cash debit card.
They both have direct deposit. The Cash debit card is no cost and has no monthly fee. The PayPal Prepaid debit card has a monthly fee but it pays you interest on the balance. The Cash debit card doesn't pay any interest.
