Recently I have purchased an item from Depop from a very trustworthy seller. Something happened with the shipping amount and it needed to be change so the seller told me that they refunded me. They even sent me proof of the $52 refund but it tells them that it’s “pending”. I don’t see any sign of anything pending for me and nothing insinuating me getting my money back. It’s been 5 days since she’s refunded me but I sadly, don’t see anything. Any idea why this is happening and what I can do to get my $50 back? Thank you 🙂
