Hello Paypal community,
1) I am no longer able to use my credit card with Paypal & I don't know why.
The problem occured just after I filled the fields for renewing an expirerated card.
2) Also, Paypal needs to refund me. It has been more than a month now.
3) I have a paypal account since 2011.
I was only able to contact them on facebook; explained the issue, send statement, ID... but with no result.
I tried to phone their customer support but it does not work. I live in Mauritius.
I do I get my credit card to be active again?
How can I be refund?
Can someone help me please?
