I cant use my money on paypal on my debit cards

I have linked 4 cards to my account I have a card that I want to add my money to so I can use it in the store,plus they gave me  $10.00 as a beginner and thtas money isn't showing up in my balance it's just down the bottom saying a $10.00 welcome. I just want other use the money I have andivorce go to 7/11 and you my debit card with the $7.47 plus the $10.00 they gave me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! THANK YOU
