Hello. Today when I was buying something off Ebay, I paid $50 for the item. It seems that they registered the currency in euros charging me 42.07. But when I checked my credit card, I realized something happened and I was charged 49.50 euros instead of 50 dollars or 42.07 euros. Does paypal charge a fee on this?
