A few weeks ago a buddy of mine offered to give me 2 dollars to get something since I was a couple bucks off from buying it, then today he reported it as unauthorized, I confronted him about it and offered to give him the money back but he claimed he meant to report a different 2 dollar transaction as unauthorized. As of right now, the money is on hold and my balance is at -$2.15, he says he can't cancel it and I can't do anything to dispute it.
I want to know if paypal is going to take another $20 fee from me because of this, since previously someone bought an item from me and charged back using paypal's services (a $5 transaction), then paypal took a $22 chargeback fee and left me at -$27. Though, this is an entirely different situation, I'm just worried it's going to happen again.
