Hi, I just made a payment and checked the wrong bank acct to pay from. Is there a way to reverse this?

If the payment is marked as completed in your paypal account then no.

All you can do is ask the seller to refund BUT that won't stop the payment leaving your bank account > paypal before being refunded again.
