Cant buy with paypal

I am not able to buy stuff on websites with my paypal wallet.

I have 130 dollars on it but its not working. I cant even withdraw any funds to my credit card.

Please help

At the game site, during checkout there is no paypal wallet option, i can only see my credit card as an option.

You can withdraw funds to your U. S. bank account and you can request that a check be mailed when you want your funds.

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, so i dont have a US bank account.

When i try to withdraw funds, it says ''you cant withdraw that ammount'' doesnt matter what ammount i choose.

ask you bank to issue you  a VISA bank card

Dear Sir,

I already have a VISA card, and thats the one linked to my paypal account. But i cant seem to withdraw funds to it, or make payment with my paypal ballance.
