I was trying to adjust the settings on my PayPal pool so that contributors don't have their name appear, but whenever I try to edit it, I am greeted with this. This happens when trying to adjust any of the settings of my pool, including name, amount, info, etc.. The "try again" button shows the same message. Attempting to withdraw from this pool into my PayPal balance will also fail, this time with this message. People can still put money into the pool, yet I cannot take it out. I didn't have these problems until I had upgraded my PayPal account into a Business account. What can I do to resolve this issue?
