Can't cancel autopayment.

So,  I have this auto payment on paypal for a product on a website that is now closed. I had to rip up my new card because the bank couldn't take the auto payment off. It still tried taking money, but couldnt as my card was deactivated. Today, I finally put my new card in Paypal and set it as the perferred card. Later tonight(5minutes ago) I get an email saying that the autopayment went through taking $6.

 

Also, I can't file a dispute as I can't see it in the transaction history.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

Thanks for your reply. But I have tried that many times and can't find the payment. I've been all over Paypal trying to figure this out.
