I returned an item originally paid-for from my PayPal/bank (I do not have PP Credit), and was told that the refund would be credited within 3 to 5 days, but was not told whether it was business days or calendar days. The retailer website is open all hours. I returned it, to the store location from which it was originally picked up, on 22nd February, so it could have been credited, but that is not the case as of this post.
I have also contacted the retailer.

This has NOT solved the original issue. I am still waiting for the refund, and from what I've read on similar cases it may take months or years until it is. This is a MUCH larger problem than PP can corporately imagine. Sorry to harp on this.
