I have some supplier I need to transfer money ttooo regularly in China ( in USD - no currency exchange involved) When I send money in USD , in the last case, $ 2,900; I received a notice that I paid that amount and that the supplier will receive $ 2,900 - (and not 2,900 minus some fee).
The supplier , however informs me that they received less - can someone please enlighten me on how this works; and how I can send the full amount and pay the fee myself ?
