So on a website I bought about $30 of stuff and when I checked out, I was a guest and the method of payment being paypal but its where you just send money or something. Can I charge back please let me know thanks.
You can't chargeback, whatever that means.
If yo want to dispute the payment you need phone PayPal support for help when you pay as a guest; you can't do it online.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
