Buyer Refund - Help!

I was selling some DVDs and I noticed one of the DVDs was scratched. It sold but I alerted my buyer and after answering a few questions, she decided she wanted a refund. I posted in Paypal and my accounts says refund sent 10/18. I sent her a message on 10/20. But haven't logged in thinking everything closed. I logged in today 10/25 and she is threatening to contact Ebay about me and I have a perfect record! Does anyone know how long it takes to get back on her card? I though I let her know it would be about 5 days but she is upset. I did not want my buyer to purchase a defective item and now it's a nightmare.
