Whenever I try to purchase a game from Battle.net using PayPal, I get this error:
- Your payment was not authorized. Please double check your information or contact your payment provider.

That means you need to contact PayPal customer service for an account issue. Click on the "contact" link at the bottom of page for options.

I did a few days ago but whenever I check if they responded, I get this "Your messages cannot be displayed at this time."

I have the same problem with using paypal on battle net.
I got a message : "Your payment was not authorized. Please double check your information or contact your payment provider."
I try readd my bank accunt and credit card but it not helped.
Any idea?

How I caused this issue - I canceled recurring payments with blizzard (security first...).
How I fixed this:
Removed all payment methods from my battle.net account
Added them back, as I canceled the recurring payments, my paypal would no longer let me purchase items from blizzard until I allowed authorization to payments again.
