How I caused this issue - I canceled recurring payments with blizzard (security first...). How I fixed this: Removed all payment methods from my battle.net account Added them back, as I canceled the recurring payments, my paypal would no longer let me purchase items from blizzard until I allowed authorization to payments again. https://us.battle.net/account/management/wallet.html Click <DELETE>
