Blank page after putting in recipient of payment

Hello,

I'm trying to send money to someone using "Send & Request" on the friends and family option.

After I put in the person's email address and click on "next", I get a blank page with nothing but the top and bottom headers.

What is causing this? And how do I fix this?

the same thing is happening to me as well and I also tried using my older windows 7 computer to try it there and it just sent me back to the 2 choices of buisness or friends family after putting the email in

Experieneced the exact same problem today, yeasterday everything worked fine. Any ideas when it's going to be solved?

Hopefully soon I have a payment for a drawing of one of my OC's I'm having drawn on sunday to pay for
