People cant send me money because they get this message "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." And another thing is that my paypal is fully verified but when i use the desktop site it says my account access is limited and when i use the mobile app it doesnt seem to be limited....
