I am trying to make a purchase using PayPal on the homedepot.com site. When I check out I use PayPal option which sends me to the PayPal site. After logging into my account I choose the debit card option and all appears to go well. Both PayPal and HomeDepot show pending payment for the amount of my purchase. After about an hour I receive a "Problem with Order" email from HomeDepot stating the Authorization is declined. I had their customer service cancel the original order and placed the order with the same card, on the phone, and all went well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I use the debit card option because I get more details on my bank statement if what the charge was for.
