I had a student account for my son. I had a recurring payment going weekly for allowance for him. I know the service was canceled back at the end of last year, but I was unaware that the recurring payments would not stop. The account now has a large sum of money and I cannot seem to get the money out of it. Can someone please help resolve this issue?
