I bought two bottles of oil for a defusser .First it chraged me for the two bottles from my bank acct.I totally knew that since I had no PP balance.but then two days later i received a refund into pp for each bottle.This was two seperate transactions. Then on the next day today I find pp has yet again debited my bank for the same two bottles of oil. Why have they done this ?And when I try to open a dispute to find out I choose of of the two trasnsactions and whenI go to choose the option of the problem I cannot fill in the bubble nect to the problem.So I cannot fill out the problem report.I tried to 3 times and each time I get as far as choosing the option of what is the problem and it won't let me fill in the bubble next to the choice.
