show me the way to cancel transction on paypal credit

Yesterday I purchased a cellphone by paypal credit.

cellphone is not match my situation.

so I requested to seller to cancellation.

But how can I cancel to paypal credit?

The transcation is already to completed.

I doubt that you can just cancel the payment.  The seller will need to cancel the transaction and refund your payment.
