seller giving runaround on return

I purchased wrong item. Informed seller that I ordered wrong item and needed to return it. mean while I order the right item from him thatt cost more and have received it . I was told needed to email them to get reurn slip which I have done 10 times now and am getting the run around it has ben almost a month now what should I do? I know it was my fault ordering wrong item but they do havce a return policy which I am doing it there way.What recourse do I have?

Ship the item back, including tracking to show delivery.  Seller should refund upon receipt.
