could someone plz help! iv been paying money to a toy shop each week for a climbing frame.. iv emaild them to ask if a could cancell through to my hours been dropped at work! was told yes but i will loose 50:/: of what iv paid is this allowed?

Unfortunately u cant open a dispute for part payments

It doesnt seem fair at all what they have told u I suppose it depends on the vendor.

Try contacting their Head Office and make a complaint

Check your contract with the toy store when you started your payments.  It's probably in you original agreement, and probably very legal.
