I bought a monthly subscription but the password they sent me didn't work. I emailed them about it, but they didn't reply back. It's gonna keep charging me every 30 days but I have no way of cancelling it. The transaction doesn't show up in my account but i have the receipt what should I do?

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.
