Hi all,
I sold computer memory to buyer.
Buyer claims it is faulty. ( he does not understand how to configure memory )
I agree to buyer sending it back.
Buyer sends it back.
Nothing wrong with the memory, but that is not the issue,
I have no problem with refunding the buyer.
The question is... how do I refund the buyer ?
Seems there was a time limit to respond, which I over-ran.
Can't find any information on ebay or paypal sites about sending refund to buyer.
Do I just wait until Paypal closes the claim case and refunds the buyer ?

You can only refund during the dispute phase, once its been escalated to a claim you have to contact paypal to ask them to refund or just let the claim resolve automatically.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
