"An error occurred during processing. Please try again."

Whenever I try to send money to someone, I receive that error. On top of that, it won't let me add funds from my bank account. I have a verified account, and I've tried deleting my temp files, using a different browser, relogging, using the app on my phone--none of it works. I'm sending money to people I've sent funds to before, but I don't know why it won't let me all of a sudden?

 

It's been like this for several weeks now. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
