i bought 4 items on ebay during the past 4 months
i opted to PAY in USD (united states dollars) since my credit card can pay in that currency.
but paypal converted my payment to SGD (singapore dollars) then to PHP (philippines pesos, my local currency)
in credit card actual cost overcharge

this is so annyoing with paypal. charging almost 6%!!!!
when i buy stuff in amazon and other websites I have no problem and can in USD with no conversion and no overcharge.
paypal is a fraud. they charge both buyer and seller
