I made a paypal account recently and got my debit card ... I have $20 in my debit card but on my paypal balance it says $0.00 USD.what is this problem?
do you have the paypal debit mastercard, seen here: paypal.com/debitcard
or do you have the PayPal prepaid card, seen here: paypal.com/prepaid
If you have the prepaid card, it carries it's own seperate balance and transaction history that will not be reflected on your main PayPal account. Log into paypal.com/prepaid to view the relevant details for that card if so.
