On mines, when it's not lit up or is 'greyed out', the status is marked 'shipped' for the payment/transaction. Overall, when it's orange, I think it to mean that some action needs to be taken on the payment/transaction.
when mine are marked shipped it stays orange...this is really weird...there's got to be a reason this persons payment is shaded grey...payment is cleared, person is verified etc etc...really wish paypal had left things alone
I have this issue where 2 of my payments from customers show ok to ship and in orange. Yet i have another that says ok to ship but is grey? According to PayPal the funds have been rreceived but why is this 1 grey and the other are all orange??? Please someone help me I don't want to ship anything now until I can resolve this. I have been unable to find an answer on PayPal site to address this. However I have come across a few different posts looking for answersto this same question.
