my Friend sent me money but i didn't receive it!

Hi

i sent my friend a money request in his email he registered a paypal account and paid for the request from Norway

but after 3 days i haven't received it

his bank statement shows he is paid the money.

anyone can help me here?

in USD

i have USD currency in my account but it is not my main currency

Have you set up USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you had an email to claim the payment?

i have received many times USD before without problem

and i sent the claim for him and he went to payment through my claim Email and he syas he received even payment confirmation Email from paypal , even says bank says the payment is gone.

but i didn't received even email or the money confirmation.

OK then if the payment is marked as completed in his paypal account and not pending then get him to contact customer services who can check both accounts and put a trace on it.
