issue refund in order status/actions field

I have recieved the papyment and it says completed but for some reason the money does not transfer into my account. Instead it just sits there and the order status/actions field contains a "issue refund?" button. Can i still get to the money somehow or will i need to refund it and ask the customer to try paying again? From what i hear this has been a problem with paypal since they chanaged owners and the service declined.

Lemme try and help you out here.  If you have a balance in your PayPal account, you would need to initiate a withdrawal to your bank account or use those funds for online purchases.

 

You can withdraw by going to the 'Withdraw Money' tab in your account and then selecting your bank account.
