how do i transfer funds from my available balance to my linked visa card?

i was wondering how i could transfer some of the cash i have in my available Paypal balance directly to my credit card which is already linked to the same Paypal account , and i do not want to link my bank cos each time i try the ''withdraw money'' option, it keeps directing me to the page saying you have to link a bank account, please help

You can't withdraw to a card, you can only withdraw to a bank account linked and verified on your paypal account.

Can I withdraw $450 cash from an ATM? I purchased a TV from WalMart useing my PayPal card. I Used PayPal credit and siged like anyone would doing a credity transaction. Well......when I returned home I checked my account, and it removed the funds from my household checking/savings. Now I want to use my PayPal credit and put $450 back into my checking/savings account. Please help me. Thank you, and God Bless

You can only withdraw to a bank. You can however attach a bank that doubles as a credit card which would be those prepaid card option.s
