Log on to your account.
Follow this link:https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/payments
Click My Preapproved Payments.
Click Merchant Name of Billing agreement that you want to cancel.
Click Cancel, next to Status section.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
