Can't cancel account, this is a nightmare.

Bank was not confirming, decided to cancel account. Now it says I need to give proof of SSN & address. Not going to do that, want to cancel account, but it says I need to go to resolution center before cancelling. Can someone manually close this for me?

You will need to phone PayPal customer service for help.  They will ask questions to confirm your identity first.

Making multiple accounts can create a new security risking account limitations.

You would still have to provide the info at some stage AND if paypal find you have 2 paypal accounts of the same type then you may find you can't use either of them.
