hootsuite trying to take money from me .. help pls

hi 🙂

Ok i'm not quite sure how this has happened becuase i'v not signed up with them, but hootsuite.com are trying to take about £11.99 off me from my paypal account, they've tried about 6 times and got refused because they was no money in it.

Could someone help me understand how this is pls ? 

I joined the site but under the free option just to check it out, so i havn't signed up for anything i'm pretty sure of it.

Looks like you really need to remove PayPal from your httosuite site.  You provided your PayPal account to them; you need to remove it from them.

You should also check your PayPal subscrptions to make sure it isnt there for a recurring payment.

you know i joined the site to check it out, and i must have filled the form in with my paypal email address with auto fill by accident.

The email address was in my actual profile page, not in the billing bit ...... they must have took from there. 

I changed my email address on the site, then i deleted the account so hopefully i should be good, but i'll be checking.

What u think about that ? it was defentily in on my profile page and not in the billing bit of my profile.

You should still make sure that it wasn't added to your PayPal subscription service.

i'm just looking now but can't seem to find an option to view these subscriptions, i'v never done it before.

Where would i find this pls in my paypal panel ?

just to confirm i'v done it right hopefully, i pressed 'cancel' and it's said iv no relations with them any more, something like this.

i think this is right ? could someone confirm it pls if you could.
